# Balance and Usage

> Check OmniaKey balance, key caps, and token usage in the dashboard.

OmniaKey is prepaid. Requests spend from your account balance, and each API key
can also have its own spending cap.

## Dashboard

Use the [Dashboard](https://omniakey.com/dashboard) to see:

* account balance
* active API keys
* key-level spending caps
* recent requests
* token usage and cost by model

## Key caps

If a key cap is reached, requests using that key can fail even when the account
still has balance. Open [API Keys](https://omniakey.com/dashboard/tokens) to
raise the cap or create a separate key for the workload.

## Usage records

OmniaKey stores billing metadata such as timestamps, model id, token counts,
latency, and cost. Prompt and response bodies are not stored by default.
